How is this still ongoing? Today's report on NPR's Morning Edition seems to indicate that the case is headed in Apple Corps'/the Beatles' favor. Is this a function of British diefication of the Beatles or a disfavor of American corporations? Clearly iTunes and Apple Computer are not a record label. The Beatles should just get over it, recognize that Apple is a global brand name for computers, and now iPod and iTunes and all the silly peripherals iBranded. I imagine no one caring about Apple Corps, nor ever confusing the little green apple record company with an iPod.
Do the remaining Beatles or their heirs have anything to gain other than money? If there's no harm, then stop crying foul. The winners so far have been the lawyers, and the losers have been the public.
