I would snap my spine.
And seriously, what kind of crazy workout person has all those weights at their house? How the hell did he get them? Loaded them into the car from the Sports Authority? (Did he need a special truck?) Had them shipped? What kind of shipping cost is attached to one ton of workout equipment?
Just things I wonder.

The kind of crazy person who has that kind of weight around the house is me.
I ordered them from The Legendary Jon Gilson over at Again Faster.
They came via freight, as in an 18-wheeler pulled to the top of my driveway, at which point we loaded them into the bed of my pickup truck (which is only a 1500, so it took a couple of trips).
For everything in the home gym, which is about 1400 pounds of bumper and steel weights, 3 bars, a power rack, a Glute / Ham Developer, a C2 Rower, a couple of kettlebells of varying sizes, rings, an abmat, and assorted odds and ends, the shipping charges were around 500 bucks.
Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
