Haighteration, the Red Vic movie house in the Upper Haight will be closing July 25th. I like the Red Vic, and live just a few blocks away, but realize I haven't seen a film there in years. Rarely have their recent billings held my interest, and never on a free evening. But still, it's so Haight. Sad to see it go.
