From the Bitter Learning Series....

Yesterday at MacWorld I learned of a wonderful web-based application training service that is just exceptional for individuals or groups. Lynda.com features really engaging, high end video that takes its time in training for really complex apps like FileMaker or PhotoShop. It's really well done and I am hoping I can get my office to subscribe.

Not that we have any free time to actually pay attention to something else or learn something new. But I have had to deal with one coworker who has spent days and still can't figure out how to run a simple install CD, and I need someone else to train her as I have neither the time nor the patience. And it is so not my job.
