MobileMe has clearly been a clusterfck since its launch. Apple assures us it is working hard to make it an Apple-quality service, and last night they issued a mea culpa of sorts in the form of an additional 60-day free extension to subscribers' service terms.
It's amazing what a simple act of contrition can do to appease a public.
Bush administration should take note.
