I am off to a Davidson alumni mixer downtown. It just occurred to me that only yesterday I wrote of Hartley (whose father in law just passed) and Joe (whose father also just passed). T. Hartley III and IV, And Joe Jr. and III are all Davidson College Alumni. As are brother Mac and I.
Al, Carolyn's father (and T. Hartley IV's father-in-law) went to Penn, as did brother Jay.
No point really, other than we do seem to keep an academically related family too.
