And I'll be at the courthouse for jury duty, but unfortunately not the courthouse at City Hall.
Everyone was talking about the pending ruling with excitement last night, but it just fills me with anxiety. I think that the court will let the marriages performed stand, but accept the amendment to the state constitution. I'm not going to be happy, and likely feel abused and violated all over again.
As long as there is no ruling, it can be considered both good and bad, alive and dead.
Basically, for me, the Prop 8 ruling is Schrodinger's cat.
Next Tuesday they open the box.
