TGIF

Okay, the Week from Hell is basically over and soon I'll be free for super happy fun times, and of course finally blogging vacation stories.

As usual, there is a host of entertainment options this weekend, but tonight I think I will be opting for a three-phase plan:

Phase 1: Pound the 2-4-1s.
Phase 2: Eat.
Phase 3: Pass out/sleep by 9:30.

I'm exhausted.

Tomorrow night there are two mutually exclusive fun country options vying for my attention.

Option A: The first of the Rodeo Shopping Nights to go to the new Winner's Circle Western Wear out in Antioch. Some other corporation bought and closed Western Warehouse so those trips are gone. For the real rodeo folks, this time the 20% discount applies not only to western wear and boots, but also to tack and such. Facebook event details.

Option B: 77 El Deora with Misisipi Rider (and their CD release party) at the Starry Plough (Berkeley). Facebook event.

Okay, I loves my rodeo shopping nights, but it has been far too long since I got to take in a set of 77.

And I need a dose, and bad.

I'm happy to take along any other interested revelers. E-me for a ride (so to speak).

Also tomorrow if you can, stop by the Beer Bust at 440/Daddy's from 4:00 to 8:00— it's benefiting friend and fave bartender Ben Brower and his AIDS LifeCycle ride (Fb).
