May 2010 was a ridiculously good time. As some of you may recall, I took Shilpa and PeeDee home to Nashville for the races (the Iroquois Steeplechase), and stayed a few weeks for quality time with the family and then wrapped up the vacation with the Swan Ball. As usual, every moment was accounted for, so while there was much to blog about there was no protected time for doing so. I could barely find half an hour to crank out my race articles for
Nfocus, which I did at Fido's after dropping the kids off at BNA (or rather, parted ways at Prince's Hot Chicken).
I never got around to backblogging, but the 1,200 or so photos from the weekend certainly tell a story (a thousand pictures is worth how many words?). I have finally gotten around to posting the
Nfocus articles from May and June though, so here they are. Rereading/formatting these made the cold little studio feel a little like summer again.
