Coming soon to downtown near my old office: the insane & tasty goodness that is the Sushirrito. According to Thrillist, Sushirrito will offer the triple-fished, wasabi mayo'd Three Amigos (yellowtail/ salmon/ tuna), the tempura shrimp-filled Crispy Ebi with melted Pepperjack, and the Smokin' Chicken buritt-roll with plantain chips, chipotle aioli, avocado, and baked chicken. This looks ridiculously tasty and an good excuse to pop downtown. The space will be tiny, with only a few drop-down trays for standing room only eating when the room isn't overcrowded. I'm hoping their hours will accommodate after-work shoppers and the pre-movie eating crowd.
