Several take aways here:
(1) The hair. My god the hair. On Patrick. And his incessant smile. I particularly love the "Brett Girl" hair shake he gives just after he's bounded down the stairs from of his apartment building.
(2) Seriously, that excited/expecting look he's sporting on his face makes me think he's walking with a raging erection strapped down in those dance pants. Maybe he could use that scarf he's dancing in.
(3) I don't know enough about the dance club scene of 1979—would exhibition dancers like that in a disco be considered gods or douchebags?
(4) Seriously? People ordered PBR drafts in dance clubs? And they were served in huge steins? And it was both butch and feminine to do so? She looks ridiculous with that enormous mug. And I mean the glass of beer in her hand. Wouldn't the hot dance chick be more likely to order something situational pretentious like a Creme de Menthe or a spritzer or something?
