It has been a slow news week for I'm Just Sayin', largely because antics and adventure have been supplanted by lots of hard work, in and out of the office. I've over-extended myself again (also in and out of the office), and a friend told me Sunday night that I need a 12-step program to get me to say "no" to helping people.

In addition to favors for other people, I have also been spending a LOT of time on a personal project, which shall be revealed later this week. The of course there is all of the Christmas crap of decorating and shopping and construction and planning and all of that. I was down for the count with a bug last week and deadlines are looming this week, so pretty much there has been no silliness and no blogginess to be had recently.

Supper Happy Fun Time to resume as work abates and the holidaze approaches.

In other news, Alert Reader Paul Day dropped and destroyed his cell phone. He has no land line either, and we have been reduced to office e-mails and smoke signals for communicating. Frankly, I'm surprised he hasn't had to enter some sort of medical rehab for this. PeeDee text messages more than anyone I know.
