While I am still concerned over the impending shitstorm of hate and the upcoming ballot to amend the CA constitution to specifically exclude same-sex couples from equal protection under the law, the CA Supremes did rule that there shall be no stay until the November election.
Legal marriage licenses shall be issued to same-sex couples starting June 17! And regardless of the November vote, these marriages will be legal!
