the red strokes

A valentine to my math nerd.

The Math Nerd in me loves this.  The Grammar Nerd in me wants to reach for the red pen.

"I wish I *were* your derivative..."

I'm afraid my love letter back would read like this:

Dear Math,

A statement of condition requires the subjunctive case.

Love,

Grammar

And yet, somehow, I wonder why I am alone...
