Yet another morning without hot water in my apartment. This less than a month after a rent increase. I'm hoping I've bitched about this in the blog before so I can note the dates. When it started being a problem I didn't think to start keeping a log.
Bracing way to start a cold, foggy Monday with painful meetings.
