Schwarzenegger is the terminator for those with or at risk of HIV

Schwarzenegger's line item vetoes have pretty much guaranteed an increase in HIV infection rates and condemns some to a slow and painful death. I think the corporate tax breaks and luxury tax shelters need to be killed first.
