Prop 8, Talk Supes

In case you hadn't heard, the oral arguments regarding the constitutionality of Prop 8 before the CA Supreme Court will be televised this time. Last time the judge ordered YouTube recordings, but anti-equality forces managed to get the Supreme Court to block that, preventing their "witnesses" from being seen as ignorant, bigoted, and becoming obvious national laughingstocks.

At least the arguments for equality and bigotry will be giving faces and voices this time.

Or as the Brock Keeling puts it: "The live telecast will also show future generations a harrowing and shameful moment in California history when unbridled stupidity and prejudice almost wormed its way into the state constitution."
