so, i was watching a excellent PBS doco on race in america covering all the events in the south during the 50--60's leading up to desegregation.

during a series of interviews relating to rosa parks i had the thought to myself, 'wow, imagine if they made all the homosexuals sit at the back of the bus'. think PoHo on wheels, ?...;-}

Yes, but if they made all of the gays sit in the back of the bus, within weeks they would have made us sit in the front because we would have managed to install a wet bar and a stereo in the back. (And a disco ball?)

And possibly a "back of the bus" back room.
