While priests in American Catholic churches can't seem to keep their hands out of the altar boys' pants, it is a New Zealand priest who has earned the nickname "the Knicker Vicar".
The town's only clothing shop has stopped carrying "ladies essentials." The Reverend Gary Husband has organized a volunteer brigade to drive ladies in need of some delicates the 20 Km from Inglewood to New Plymouth where they can pick up some bits and pieces for the female form.
