Here are a couple of shots I have been meaning to post but are appropriate to nothing. Just random observations.
Kevin bailed on me for Folsom this year, and at the last minute decided to spend the weekend/fair with his bf. Folsom morning the rodeo folks sent out a call for help needing twice as many bartenders as they had arrannged, so I volunteered at their booze booth for the day and let the masses come to me.
I took this photo of Scott wiping off a pile of cash that experienced a margarita spill.
Literal money laundering.
This next pic I took at Hardly Strictly. I call it "Disturbing Intimacy."
The woman folded a piece of paper to pick the teeth of her boyfriend.
This last one was also taken at HSB. I had stopped to put my shirt in my backpack behind the marchandise tent when someone shoved two downy full-sized chickens through the flap and left them on one of the tether barrels. There was one black and one white, and all of sudden we had an instant petting zoo. Who the fuck travels with chickens?
I pointed this out to a friend who merely deadpanned, "Of course, the black cock is bigger."
And here's something you don't see very often. Unless you're me.
